摘要
调查新疆含油污泥的主要处理技术,通过日常监测报告分析不同技术的处理效果,并对比各技术的处理成本。结果表明:含油污泥的热洗与热解处理技术在新疆较为成熟,处理效果稳定,完全处理的成本在380~760元/t左右;微生物处理技术体系发展不完善,由于其易受菌种的配伍性、环境温度、土壤pH值等因素影响,处理效果波动较大。
The main treatment technologies of oily sludge in Xinjiang were investigated,the treatment effects of different technologies through daily monitoring reports were analyzod,and the treatment costs of each technology were compared.The results showed that the thermal washing and pyrolysis treatment technology of oily sludge was relatively mature in Xinjiang,and the treatment effect was stable.The cost of complete treatment was about 380~760 yuan/t.The development of microbial treatment technology system was not perfect,because of its vulnerability to bacteria factors such as compatibility,environmental temperature and soil pH,and the treatment effect fluctuates greatly.
