摘要
住院医师规范化培训是我国毕业后教育的重要部分,旨在接洽医学高等教育,培训出合格的住院医师。本文旨在探讨综合医院口腔科在口腔全科住院医师规范化培训中的优势及不足,给其在未来提高住培质量的方向上提供一些参考。
Standardized residents training is an important part of medical student education after graduation,in order to foster qualified doctors-in-charge.We discuss the pros and cons of training in Department of Stomatology in general hospital to provide guidance for further development in standardized residents training.
