摘要
指出了无车承运是促进我国货运物流行业转型升级的重要模式,分析了江苏省无车承运的发展现状,总结了无车承运试点工作的经验做法,包括推动物流降本增效、创新运输组织模式、促进物流资源整合、规范市场主体行为、提升物流服务水平等,并针对现阶段存在的问题,提出了江苏省无车承运的发展策略。
Vehicle free carrier is an important mode to promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s freight logistics industry.Based on the analysis of the development status of vehicle free carrier in Jiangsu Province,this paper summarizes the experience and practice of the pilot work of vehicle free carrier,including promoting logistics cost reduction and efficiency,innovating the transportation organization modes,promoting the integration of logistics resources,standardizing the behavior of market entities,and improving the level of logistics services.The development strategy of car free carrier is put forward.
