摘要
目的了解济南市个体口腔诊所诊疗用水污染状况,为提高口腔诊所诊疗用水质量提供依据。方法2019年5~10月采用问卷调查和采样检测的方法,抽取济南市67家个体口腔诊所诊疗用水进行细菌菌落总数检测。结果检测122台口腔综合治疗台诊疗用水,采集水样400份,合格208份,合格率为52.00%,菌落总数中位值为89 CFU/ml;其中水源水、储水罐水、手机喷水和冲洗水合格率分别为80.77%、43.75%、41.80%和49.17%(P<0.01);水源水与手机喷水、冲洗水和储水罐水合格率有差异(P<0.01)。水源水有市政自来水、过滤式自来水、外送诊疗用水储水罐供水和自制诊疗用水储水罐供水4种供水方式,其合格率分别为67.57%、39.23%、46.67%和62.94%(P<0.01),其中过滤式自来水合格率与市政自来水、自制诊疗用水储水罐供水水样合格率有差异(P<0.01)。结论济南市个体口腔诊所综合治疗台诊疗用水合格率较低,水源水中过滤式自来水的合格率最低。
Objective To understand the situation of water pollution in diagnosis and treatment of the individual dental clinics,so as to provide the basis for improving the water quality in the diagnosis and treatment of the dental clinics.Methods The questionnaire method and sampling inspection method were conducted to select 67 individual dental clinics in Jinan city in order to make detection for the sum of bacterial colonies of water used in the diagnosis and treatment during May-October 2019.Results Water for diagnosis and treatment in 122 dental treatment units were detected,and 400 water samples were collected,including 208 qualified samples,with the qualified rate of 52.00%.The place value in the sum of bacterial colonies was 89 CFU/ml.Besides,the qualified rate of the source water,water in the storage tanks,spray water of the dental handpieces and rinse water was 80.77%,43.75%,41.80%and 49.17%respectively(P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in the qualified rates among the source water,spray water of the dental handpieces,rinse water and water in the storage tanks(P<0.01).The source water was possessed of 4 types of water supply modes,including the municipal tap water,filtered tap water,delivery and self-made water storage tanks for diagnosis and treatment.Their qualified rates were 67.57%,39.23%,46.67%and 62.94%respectively(P<0.01).There were differences in the qualified rates of water samples among the filtered tap water,municipal tap water and self-made water storage tanks for diagnosis and treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion There is a lower qualified rate of water used in the diagnosis and treatment of the dental treatment units in the individual dental clinics of Jinan city.Besides,the filtered tap water is equipped with the lowest qualified rate among the sources of water supply.
