摘要
目的探讨个性化护理在重症肺炎高热惊厥患儿中的应用效果。方法选择2015年5月至2019年4月营口市中心医院收治的88例重症肺炎高热惊厥患儿作为研究对象,通过双盲法将其分为试验组及常规组,每组44例。常规组患儿行常规护理,试验组患儿行个性化护理。比较两组患儿的临床护理效果、神智恢复时间、惊厥抽搐症状消退时、体温恢复时间、住院时间、惊厥发作频率及惊厥发作时间。结果试验组神智恢复时间、惊厥抽搐症状消退时间、体温恢复时间及住院时间均短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);试验组患儿护理有效率高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组惊厥发作频率低于常规组,惊厥发作持续时间短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论在重症肺炎高热惊厥小儿护理中应用个性化护理能够取得理想的护理效果,并显著改善患儿临床症状。
Objective To investigate the clinical effects of personalized nursing in children with severe pneumonia and high fever convulsions.Methods From May 2015 to April 2019,88 patients with severe pneumonia and febrile convulsions admitted in Yingkou central hospital were selected as the analysis and research objects,and they were divided into experimental groups and conventional group by the double-blind method,44 cases in each group.Among them,children in the conventional group received routine care,and children in the experimental group received personalized care.The clinical nursing effects of two groups of children,mental recovery time,mental recovery when seizure symptoms subsided,symptom resolution,body temperature recovery time,average hospitalization time,convulsive seizure frequency and convulsive seizure time were compared and analyzed.Results The time of mental recovery,seizure time of seizures,convalescence of convulsions,and time of hospitalization in the experimental group group were shorter than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The effective rate of nursing care in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The seizure frequency of the experimental group was lower than the conventional group,the seizures duration was shorter than the conventional group,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).Conclusion Application of personalized nursing in the nursing of children with severe pneumonia and high fever convulsions can achieve the ideal nursing effect,effectively and significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children.
