摘要
目的:探讨对接受血液透析的患者进行个性化护理对其动静脉内瘘失败发生率的影响。方法:选取2018年6月至2019年10月期间在某医院接受血液透析的90例患者作为研究对象。将这90例患者分为Routine组(n=45)和Individualization组(n=45)。对两组患者均进行血液透析治疗和常规护理。在此基础上,对Individualization组患者进行个性化护理。然后,比较两组患者动静脉内瘘失败的发生率、术后并发症的发生率及其对护理服务的总满意率。结果:接受治护后,与Routine组患者相比,Individualization组患者动静脉内瘘失败的发生率及术后并发症的发生率均更低,其对护理服务的总满意率更高,P<0.05。结论:对接受血液透析的患者进行个性化护理可降低其术后并发症的发生率和动静脉内瘘失败的发生率,提高其对护理服务的满意度。
Objective:To explore the influence of personalized nursing on the failure rate of arteriovenous fistula in patients receiving hemodialysis.Methods:A total of 90 patients who received hemodialysis in a hospital from June 2018 to October 2019 were selected as study subjects.These 90 patients were divided into the Routine group(n=45)and The Individualization group(n=45).Both groups received hemodialysis treatment and routine nursing care.On this basis,the Individualization group of patients were personalized nursing.Then,the incidence of arteriovenous fistula failure,the incidence of postoperative complications and the overall satisfaction rate of nursing service were compared between the two groups.Results:Compared with patients in the Routine group,patients in the Individualization group had a lower incidence of arteriovenous fistula failure and postoperative complications,and a higher overall satisfaction rate of nursing services(P<0.05).Conclusion:Personalized nursing can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and arteriovenous fistula failure in patients receiving hemodialysis,and improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
