摘要
目的:探讨对前置胎盘患者进行个性化护理的临床效果及对其孕期及产后并发症发生率的影响。方法:将2018年1月至2019年10月期间广东省化州市第二人民医院收治的40例前置胎盘患者作为研究对象。将这40例患者按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各有20例患者。对两组患者均进行常规护理,在此基础上,对观察组患者进行个性化护理。然后,对比两组患者孕期延长的时间、其新生儿的体重、其发生并发症的情况及对护理服务的满意度。结果:接受护理后,与对照组患者相比,观察组患者孕期延长的时间更长,其新生儿的体重更重,其中发生产后出血、产褥期感染及胎盘植入的患者占比均更低,其对护理服务的总满意率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对前置胎盘患者进行个性化护理的效果显著,可有效地延长其孕期,降低其产后并发症的发生率,提高其对护理服务的满意度。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of personalized nursing care for placenta previa patients and its influence on the incidence of complications during pregnancy and postpartum.Methods:40 patients with placenta previa admitted to the Second People’s Hospital of Huazhou city,Guangdong Province from January 2018 to October 2019 were studied.The 40 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.Both groups of patients were given routine care,on this basis,the observation group of patients with personalized care.Then,the duration of pregnancy,neonatal weight,complications,and satisfaction with nursing services were compared between the two groups.Results:After receiving nursing care,compared with the control group,the observation group of patients with longer duration of pregnancy,their newborn weight is heavier,including postpartum hemorrhage,puerperal infection and placental implantation patients accounted for a lower proportion,the overall satisfaction rate of nursing services is higher,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of personalized nursing for placenta previa patients is significant,can effectively prolong their pregnancy,reduce the incidence of postpartum complications,improve their satisfaction with nursing services.
