英式下午茶展演是一种茶文化鉴赏方式的新的尝试,主要展示英式下午茶环境文化、双语讲解英式下午茶饮用礼仪文化、了解英式下午茶文化茶点文化起源与发展、情景再现英式下午茶服饰文化与接待礼仪、展示英式下午茶双语服务技能、双语讲解英式下午茶茶点制作工艺、欣赏英式摄政舞蹈表演等,通过活动总结与点评来提升教学质量。
The British afternoon tea performance is a new attempt to appreciate the tea culture. It mainly shows the English afternoon tea environmental culture, bilingual explanation of the English afternoon tea drinking etiquette culture, the understanding of the origin and development of the British afternoon tea culture, English afternoon tea apparel culture and reception etiquette, display of English afternoon tea bilingual service skills, bilingual explanation of English afternoon tea refreshment production technology, appreciation of British regency dance performances, etc., through the activity summary and comments to improve the quality of teaching.
