摘要
利用四川省种植业农民合作社的问卷调查数据,就引人职业经理人这一管理机制如何推动农民合作社实现“互联网+”战略进行了系统性理论分析和实证检验。研究发现,引人职业经理人能显著提升农民合作社应用互联网的程度,且在规模较大的农民合作社中有更强的作用。进一步研究还发现知识获取和吸收能力在职业经理人与农民合作社的互联网应用程度之间起到显著的中介效应。
Based on the questionnaire survey data of planting cooperatives in Sichuan province,this paper makes a systematic theoretical analysis and em pirical test on how to promote farmers'cooperatives to realize the " Internet+"strategy by the management mechanism of introducing professional managers.The results of the study show that the introduction of professional managers can significantly improve the extent to which cooperatives use the In ternet,an dplay a stronger role in the large-scale cooperatives.Further research also finds that the knowledge acquisition and absorptive capacity plays a significant mediating effect between the degree of internet application of cooperatives and professional managers.
