摘要
开展高职院校学生创新创业教育,是社会经济发展的产物也是对高等职业教育的客观要求,更是高等职业教育改革不断深化的驱动。基于卓越人才培养计划的能力培养建设是一项长期而复杂的工程,是新时期高职院校创新改革发展的主要途径。从高职院校人才培养改革的现状出发,以卓越人才的培养模式为探究点,力争寻求适合高职院校学生自身发展的创新创业教育体系,深入探讨创新创业教育与卓越人才培养的有效融合途径,以期为高职院校人才培养提供一条切实可行的实施路径。
Carrying out innovation and entrepreneurship education for students in higher vocational colleges is the product of social and economic development,the objective requirement of higher vocational education,and the driving force of the reform of higher vocational education.The construction of ability training based on excellent talent training plan is also a long-term and complicated project,which is the main way of innovation reform and development of higher vocational colleges in the new era.Starting from the current situation of talent training reform in higher vocational colleges,this paper takes the training mode of excellent talent as the research point,strives to seek the innovative and entrepreneurial education system suitable for the self-development of students in higher vocational colleges,and probes into the effective ways of integrating innovation and entrepreneurship education with the cultivation of excellent talent,in order to provide a practical way for the talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges.
