摘要
目的探讨营养干预结合运动想象疗法对脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复效果。方法选取2018年9月~2019年8月在我院康复科进行治疗的脑卒中偏瘫患者90例作为研究对象。采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组患者45例。对照组采取常规护理方法,观察组采取营养干预结合运动想象疗法进行护理干预。护理后,从患者体重、营养指标、神经功能和生活质量方面,比较护理效果。结果护理后,观察组体重大于对照组,营养指标检测结果高于对照组,神经功能评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论营养干预结合运动想象疗法有效提高了脑卒中偏瘫患者的康复效果。
Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of nutrition intervention combined with motor imagery therapy on hemiplegic stroke patients.Methods 90 hemiplegic stroke patients who were treated in the rehabilitation department of our hospital from September 2018 to August 2019 were selected as research subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by using the random number table method,with 45 patients in each group.The control group adopted conventional nursing methods,and the observation group adopted nutrition intervention combined with motor imagery therapy.After nursing,the nursing effects were compared in terms of patient weight,nutritional indicators,neural function,and quality of life.Results After nursing,the weight in the observation group was more than that in the control group,the nutrition index were higher than that in the control group,the neurological score was lower than that in the control group,and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutrition intervention combined with motor imagery therapy can effectively improve the rehabilitation effect of hemiplegic stroke patients.
