酶联免疫荧光试纸法在前列腺癌筛查中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨酶联免疫荧光试纸法在前列腺癌筛查中检测血清总前列腺特异性抗原(total prostate specific antigen,TPSA)的价值。方法收集参与前列腺癌筛查的成年男性105例的年龄、血液样本、前列腺体积等资料,采用酶联免疫荧光试纸法与常规电化学发光试剂法两种方法,同时对同一受试者血液样本进行血清TPSA配对检测,对TPSA检测结果进行统计学分析并将这两种检测方法所获得的TPSA数值与前列腺体积进行相关性分析.结果105例受试者中,两种检测方法测得的TPSA数值差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),酶联免疫发光试纸法测得的TPSA数值低于电化学发光试剂法测得的TPSA数值,差值均值为0.41μg/L;以常规电化学发光试剂法测得的TPSA数值为参照标准,当TPSA>4.00μg/L时两种检测方法均数差值为1.34μg/L,当TPSA<4.00μg/L时两种检测方法均数差值为0.22μg/L。但在所有受试者、TPSA>4.00μg/L组、TPSA<4.00μg/L组三组病例中,这两种检测方法所获得的TPSA数值之间均具有较高的相关性(P<0.01),R^2值分别为0.98、0.88、0.92,R^2值分别为0.96、0.88、0.85。而且这两种检测方法所获得的TPSA数值与前列腺体积也均具有较高的相关性(P<0.01),R值均为0.72,R^2值均为0.52结论酶联免疫荧光试纸法检测TPSA方便快捷,其检测数值与电化学发光试剂法测得的数值有较高的相关性,在前列腺癌筛查中具有一定的参考价值。 Objective To evaluate the value of enzyme-linked immunofluorescence assay strips method in the detection of serum total prostate specific antigen(TPSA) in prostate cancer screening. Methods Age, blood samples, prostate volume and other data of 105 adult males who participated in prostate cancer screening in our hospital were collected. Serum TPSA was measured by enzyme-linked immunofluorescence assay strips method and conventional electrochemical luminescent reagent method. The correlation between the TPSA values obtained by these two methods and the correlation between the TPSA values and prostate volume were analyzed. Results In 105 cases, there was a statistically significant difference between the TPSA values measured by the two methods(P<0.01). The TPSA value measured by the enzyme-linked immunofluorescence assay strips method was lower than that measured by the electrochemical luminescence reagent method, with the mean difference of 0.41 μg/L. However, the TPSA values measured by these two methods were significantly correlated(P<0.01). Moreover, the TPSA values obtained by these two detection methods were significantly correlated with the prostate volume(P<0.01). Conclusion The enzyme-linked immunofluorescence assay strip is a convenient and quick method to detect TPSA, and could be applied in prostate cancer screening.
