摘要
汽车生产的主要能耗和环境控制的关键工序中,汽车涂装线是其中非常重要的一道工序,能直接决定汽车企业的制造成本情况和环保情况。通过介绍汽车涂装生产线的主要工艺手段引出涂装生产线优化与成本控制之间的因果关系,并据此针对性地提出完善汽车涂装生产线的优化方案。
Among the key processes of energy consumption and environmental control in automobile production,automobile coating line is a very important process,which can directly determine the manufacturing cost and environmental protection of automobile enterprises.This paper introduces the main process means of the automobile coating production line,and the causality between the optimization of the coating production line and the cost control,and accordingly puts forward the optimization scheme to improve the automobile coating production line.
