摘要
目的探讨三维适形放疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗转移性骨肿瘤对患者疼痛、生活质量及免疫功能的影响。方法选取2017年1月至2019年12月间郑州市骨科医院收治的80例转移性骨肿瘤患者。根据治疗方法不同进行分组,三维适形放疗治疗的40例患者纳入对照组,三维适形放疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗的40例患者纳入观察组。比较两组患者治疗效果和治疗前后视觉模糊疼痛评分,评估患者治疗后的生活质量,测定患者治疗前后的免疫细胞因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为80.0%,著高于对照组的57.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者的疼痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2周、4周时,观察组评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组功能领域、总体健康评分均显著高于对照组,症状领域评分显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。治疗前,两组自然杀伤细胞(NK)活性和CD3/CD4指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,观察组NK细胞活性和CD3/CD4水平均升高,对照组指标均降低,观察组优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论三维适形放疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗转移性骨肿瘤可显著降低患者疼痛,提升患者生活质量,增强免疫能力,效果显著,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of three-dimensional conformation radiotherapy combined with compound Kushen injection on pain,quality of life and immune function in patients with metastatic bone tumors.Methods A total of 80 patients with metastatic bone tumors admitted to Zhengzhou Orthopedic Hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups based on the treatment they received.Forty patients receiving three-dimensional conformation radiotherapy combined with compound Kushen injection were included in an observation group and 40 patients only receiving three-dimensional conformation radiotherapy were included in a control group.The treatment efficacy and visual blur pain scale(VAS)score were compared between the two groups.Quality of life after treatment was evaluated,and the levels of immune cytokines before and after treatment were measured.Results The overall efficacy rate was 80.0%in the observation group which was significantly higher than 57.5%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).At 2 weeks and 4 weeks after the treatment,scores of pain were lower in the observation group than in the control group(all P<0.05).After the treatment,the functional area and overall health scores were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group,and the symptom area scores were significantly lower than in the control group(all P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in activity of natural killer(NK)cell and levels of CD3/CD4 between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05).After the treatment,NK cell activity and levels of CD3/CD4 level increased in the observation group and decreased in the control group,and the observation group was superior to the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion Three-dimensional conformation radiotherapy combined with compound Kushen injection in the treatment of metastatic bone tumors can s
