摘要
城市公园绿地是城市绿地的重要组成部分,能够改善城市生态环境与人文环境,评估其非使用价值有利于政府的资源管理决策。干旱区的城市绿地对于改善城市生态环境意义重大。本研究运用条件价值法(CVM)对典型干旱区城市库尔勒市居民进行问卷调查,获取居民对维护城市公园绿地持续发展的支付意愿(WTP)并建立Tobit模型量化非使用价值。最终得出库尔勒市居民人均支付意愿为96.89元/年,城市公园绿地非使用价值约为6.51×10~7元/年。同时,研究结论表明,库尔勒城市公园绿地非使用价值的主要影响因素为居民的受教育水平与月收入水平。研究结论为干旱区城市公园绿地建设及其非使用价值研究提供科学参考。
Urban park green space is an important part of urban green space.It can improve the urban ecological environment and human environment,and evaluate its non-use value is conducive to the government’ s resource management decisions.Urban green space in arid areas is of great significance for improving the urban ecological environment.In this study,the Contingent Valuation Method(CVM) was used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the residents of Korla,a typical arid area city,to obtain the residents’ s willingness to pay(WTP) to maintain the sustainable development of urban park green space and build a Tobit model to quantify non-use value.Finally,it was concluded that the per capita willingness to pay of residents in Korla was 96.89 yuan/year,and the non-use value of urban park green space was about 6.51 × 10~7 yuan/year.At the same time,the research conclusion shows that the main influencing factors of the non-use value of Korla urban park green space are the education level and monthly income level of residents.The conclusion of the study provides a scientific reference for the study of urban park green space construction and its non-use value in arid areas.
