摘要
磷石膏渣场渗滤液同时含有磷和氨氮,且磷含量远大于氨氮。采用磷酸氨镁沉淀法和化学法为主体工艺去除污水中氨氮和磷,二级沉淀后出水经氨吹脱塔和絮凝沉淀池进一步处理。运行结果表明,处理后出水水质满足《污水综合排放标准》(GB 8978—1996)的一级排放标准,化学药剂费用为7.56元/m^3。
In view of the fact that the leachate from phosphogypsum slag yard contains phosphorus and ammonia nitrogen at the same time,and the phosphorus content is far greater than the ammonia nitrogen content,the ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus in wastewater are removed by a magnesium ammonium phosphate precipitation method and a chemical method.The ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus in the wastewater are further removed by the ammonia blowing tower and the flocculation and sedimentation tank.The operation results show that the effluent quality of treated wastewater meets the first level discharge index of Integrated wastewater discharge standard(GB8978-1996).The running cost of chemical medicament is 7.56 yuan per cubic meter.
