摘要
人类社会发展进入高度城镇化阶段,市民对于城市的美观、宜居性提出了更高的要求,而城市设计正是加强城市特色、提升空间品质的有力工具。梳理美国城市设计相关的典型案件可以发现,美国的城市设计管控经历了从无到有的漫长历程,在审美、历史保护与城市肌理等城市设计相关问题上积累了丰富的管理、司法经验,这对我国城市设计管控的提升有重要的借鉴意义。
The development of human society has entered a stage of advanced urbanization.Citizens are gaining higher expectation for the aesthetics and livability of cities.Urban design is the very tool that can effectively strengthen the cities'characteristics and improve spatial quality.By combing through the evolution of judicial cases on related issues of urban design in the U.S,we can find that urban design governance in the United States has undergone a long journey from scratch and has accumulated rich experience in related issues of urban design such as aesthetics,historical preservation,and urban fabrics,which serve as valuable references for the promotion of urban design governance in China.
