摘要
以钱家营矿2874W工作面布置条件为基础,应用Fluent数值模拟的方法,分析了U形通风工作面采空区的压力分布、工作面风流分布、上下隅角风流速度,通过对比验证数值模型的准确性,在此模型基础上对上隅角埋管的最佳深度和最佳抽采负压进行模拟研究,研究成果对U形通风工作面上隅角埋管抽采的布置方式和抽采工艺具有指导意义。
Based on the layout conditions of 2874 W working face in Qianjiaying coal mine, and by using Fluent numerical simulation method, the pressure distribution in goaf, air flow distribution in working face and air flow velocity in upper and lower corners of U-shaped ventilation face are simulated and analyzed, and the accuracy of the numerical model is verified. On the basis of this model, the optimum depth of buried pipe in upper corner and the optimum negative pressure of extraction are simulated.The research results have guiding significance for layout and extraction technology of buried pipe in upper corner of U-shaped ventilation working face.
