摘要
尽管国家针对煤矿井下主要生产场所粉尘防治出台的各项标准政策取得了显著成果,但伴随大型生产矿井的建设,井下无轨胶轮车运输带来的扬尘逐渐成为井下防尘的重要内容,本着确保员工生命健康、优化环境、提高人员工效、降低材料成本的原则,对井下巷道防止扬尘产生的全断面自动喷雾装置进行了设计计算与应用,有效地解决了运输巷道出现的扬尘问题,为后续该装置的推广应用提供了可靠依据。
Although the national standard policies for dust prevention and control at the main production sites in coal mines have achieved remarkable results, but with the construction of large-scale production mines, the dust raised by underground trackless rubber-tyred vehicle transportation has gradually become an important content of underground dust prevention, based on the principle of ensuring the health of workers, optimizing the environment, improving the efficiency of workers and reducing the cost of materials, the design calculation and application of full-section automatic spraying device for preventing dust emission in underground roadway are carried out, it effectively solves the problem of dust emission in transportation roadway, and provides a reliable basis for the popularization and application of this device.
