摘要 为了改善锚杆支护效果,降低巷道支护成本,根据柠条塔煤矿回采巷道实际情况,基于等效椭圆方法对回采巷道进行了支护设计,并运用ANSYS数值模拟了回采巷道开挖支护效果,初步验证了支护参数选取的合理性。通过工业试验,采用离层观测、收敛观测、钻孔窥视等手段,分别对柠条塔煤矿S1201带式输送机顺槽在掘进以及回采过成中动压的影响下顶板离层、巷道围岩变形等进行现场监测分析,监测结果显示:回采过程中顶板最大沉降量为10.4 mm,巷道的两帮最大收敛量为4 mm,现场未发现严重片帮现象;回采过程中围岩松动圈范围定为1.2 m,未超过锚杆支护长度;锚杆在工作面回采过程中受力波动增长,未超过设计值,验证了试验段内的巷道锚杆支护设计的合理性和安全性。 In order to improve the effect of anchor support, and reduce the cost of the roadway support,according to the actual situation of the mining roadway in Ningtiaota coal mine, the support parameters of the roadway were designed based on the design method of the equivalent ellipse. The support effect of the excavation of the mining roadway was simulated by ANSYS, and the rationality of the selection of the supporting parameters was preliminarily verified. Through the industrial experiment, the analysis of the on-site monitoring of the roof plate and the deformation of the surrounding rocks in the area of the roof plate and the deformation of the roadway were carried out by the means of ionosphere observation,convergence observation and drilling, respectively. The results showed that the maximum amount of settlement in the process of recovery was 10.4 mm, and the maximum convergence of the two parts of the roadway were 4 mm, and there was no serious phenomenon in the scene. During the process of recovery, the loose ring of the surrounding rock is 1.2 m, no longer than the length of the anchor. In the process of working face advance, the bolt force is not more than the design value, and the rationality and safety of the design of the roadway bolt support are verified.
