摘要
乡村振兴是一个系统工程,在推动乡村振兴发展过程中,存在一定的不平衡性。县域乡村空间规划是优化乡村空间开发格局的重要手段,是调控和引导资源配置、集约利用的空间政策工具。为有效地解决乡村振兴发展过程中的不平衡性问题,应围绕产业发展、生态修复、管控治理驱动力,有效地实施县域乡村空间规划,形成系统、有序空间格局,推动乡村振兴发展。
Rural revitalization is a systematic project.In the course of promoting rural revitalization and development,there is some imbalance.County and village spatial planning is an important method to optimize the rural spatial development pattern and a policy tool of space to regulate and guide resource allocation and intensive utilization.In order to effectively solve the imbalance in the process of rural revitalization and development,the paper focuses on the driving forces of industrial development,ecological restoration and management and control to effectively implement the spatial planning of counties and villages,form a systematic and orderly spatial pattern and promote rural revitalization and development.
