摘要
自我效能感是影响个体成就的一个重要因素。对于大学生而言,学业是在校期间最为重要的任务,因此探讨自我效能感对大学生学业成绩的影响有重要的意义。通过以农业院校大学生为调查对象,采用问卷调查的方式,从性别、生源地、民族、年级几个方面分析了农业院校大学生自我效能感的特点。同时,为了探讨自我效能感与学业成绩之间的关系,根据被试的学业成绩分成学业优秀组和学业困难组,对两组被试的自我效能感进行了差异检验。结果表明:不同性别、生源地、民族和年级的农业院校大学生在自我效能感上的差异不显著,自我效能感水平的高低对学生的学业成绩没有显著影响。
Self-efficacy is a main factor that affects individual achievement.For college students,academic achievement is the most important task in school,so it is of great significance to explore the influence of self-efficacy on their academic achievement.Taking agricultural college students as the object of investigation and using questionnaire survey,this paper analyzes the characteristics of self-efficacy from the aspects of gender,birthplace,nationality and grade.At the same time,in order to explore the relationship between self-efficacy and academic achievement,the students are divided into academic excellence group and academic difficulty group according to their academic achievement,and the differences in self-efficacy of the two groups are tested.The results show that there is no significant difference in self-efficacy among agricultural college students of different genders,birthplaces,nationalities and grades,and the level of self-efficacy has no significant impact on their academic achievement.
