摘要
随着毕业季的到来,高校大学生将要面临就业问题。随着社会经济的快速发展,高校大学生进入社会就业的核心问题。而就业形势的严峻意味着就业转型对于解决就业困难、劳动力过剩等一系列就业问题的重要性。大学生面临着巨大的就业压力,故围绕应用类技术院校大学生并以贵州大学科技学院为例,对学生就业现状进行分析。
With the rapid development of social economy,employment has become a hot social issue.The grim employment situation means that the employment transition is important for solving a series of employment problems such as employment difficulties and labor surplus.Chinese college students are faced with great employment pressure,so this article focuses on the students of applied technology colleges in China and takes the College of Science and Technology of Guizhou University as an example to analyze the current situation of students'employment.
