摘要
分析了丙烯腈装置离心式空压机流量、压力等工艺参数的调整对装置能耗产生的影响。并结合该装置的运行状况确定了空压机组稳定运行的极限状态,实现了对装置运行参数的优化选择,促进了装置的节能降耗工作的开展。
This paper analyzed the influence of optimizing process parameters such as flow and pressure of centrifugal air compressor on energy consumption, determined the limit state of the stable operation of the air compressor unit, realized the optimization and selection of operation parameters, and promoted the energy saving and consumption reduction work.
