摘要
本研究从襄阳市食品产业调研入手,以工程认证为背景,理清本校食品学科群发展目前存在的症结并提出下一步建设的方法,对于食品学科做优做强有着十分重要的意义。
From the research of food industry in Xiangyang city,the study was carried out under the background of engineering certification.This paper clarifies the food science disciplines development besides the existing problems,and put forward the construction method,which has very important significance for food science.
