摘要
新商科背景下,多学科交叉创新人才培养已成为教学改革的重要方向之一。以工商管理专业为例,从新商科影响、多学科交叉课程体系、多学科交叉创新育人机制,探索了多学科交叉创新人才培养模式,对提升工商管理专业建设具有十分重要的作用。
Against the background of Emerging Business Science,the multidisciplinary innovative talent training has become one of the key directions of teaching reform.Taking business administration major as an example,this paper explores a multidisciplinary innovative talent training model from several aspects,namely influence of Emerging Business Science,multidisciplinary curriculum system,multidisciplinary innovative education mechanism.This model plays a very important role in promoting the construction of business administration major.
