摘要
高速电梯由于运行速度快,轿厢振动问题明显,在很大程度上影响着舒适度和电梯的安全运行,因此研究电梯运行参数对轿厢振动特性的影响显得尤为重要。建立了高速电梯轿厢动态仿真模型,对钢丝绳张力平衡度、启停加速度、电梯平衡系数、制动位移对电梯轿厢振动特性的影响规律进行了分析,为高速电梯的安全运行提供保障。
As the high speed elevator running fast,the car vibration is obvious,which greatly affects the comfort and the safe operation of the elevator,so it is very important to study the influence of the elevator running parameters on the car vibration characteristics.The dynamic simulation model of car of high speed elevator is established,and the influence laws of the tension balance degree of suspension rope,starting acceleration and stopping deceleration,elevator balance coefficient and braking displacement on the vibration characteristics of elevator car are analyzed,which provides guarantee for the safe operation of high speed elevator.
