摘要
本文介绍了500 m水深、6人饱和潜水居住舱外循环式环境控制设备系统循环风量、制冷和制热量的计算思路,制冷机组、循环风机、磁耦合传动装置、冷热交换器组件等的设计选型要求,以及该系统制冷、制热等控制技术的研究成果,为大深度饱和潜水居住舱外循环式环境控制设备系统的研制提供参考。
In this article,for the 6-man 500 m saturation diving chamber,the calculation thinking of circulating air volume,and refrigerating and heating production were introduced;the design and selection requirements of refrigeration unit,circulating fan,magnetic coupling transmission device,and heat exchanger module were also introduced;and the research findings of refrigerating and heating control technology of this system were put forward.The article can provide a reference for developing environmental control system for living chambers of deep saturation diving.
