摘要
目的了解并掌握2018年新疆农村饮用水水砷含量分布,为防病改水提供科学依据。方法分析2018年新疆农村饮用水水砷含量及分布的监测数据,按照《生活饮用水卫生标准》GB 5749-2006评价水砷含量。结果共检测农村水样4571份,其中水砷达标4469份、达标率97.77%;丰水期水砷达标率(98.20%)高于枯水期(97.34%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=3.949,P<0.05);地表水水砷达标率(100.00%)明显高于地下水(96.79%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=45.730,P<0.05);水砷达标率集中式供水(97.74%)与分散式供水(100.00%)(χ^2=1.130)、出厂水(97.68%)与末梢水(97.81%)(χ^2=0.067)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);新疆农村饮用水水砷含量0.0001~0.0860 mg/L、中位数0.0005 mg/L。结论新疆农村地区高低水砷含量并存,大部分地区饮用水水砷含量低、呈片状分布,仅少数地区超标,且超标水样全部来自地下水,其中高砷水样全部来自深井水,呈点状分布;应继续加强现场卫生学调查和地方性砷中毒病情监测,推动农村饮水安全工程建设。
Objective To understand and grasp the distribution of arsenic in drinking water in rural areas of Xinjiang in2018,and provide scientific basis for disease prevention and water improvement.Methods The data of arsenic content and distribution in drinking water monitored in rural areas of Xinjiang in 2018 were analyzed and evaluated according to the Sanitary Standards for Drinking Water(GB 5749-2006).Results Totally 4571 water samples from rural areas were determined,including 4469 water samples reached the standard of arsenic content in water,with the rate of reaching standard of 97.77%.The rate of reaching standard of water arsenic was higher in wet season(98.20%)than in dry season(97.34%),with statistical difference(χ^2=3.949,P<0.05),and higher in surface water(100.00%)than in underground water(96.79%),with statistical difference(χ^2=45.730,P<0.05).There were differences(P>0.05)in the rate of reaching standard of water arsenic between central water supply(97.74%)and dispersed water supply(100.00%)(χ^2=1.130),and between the finish water(97.68%)and tap water(97.81%)(χ^2=0.067).The arsenic content in drinking water was from 0.0001 to 0.0860 mg/L,with the median of 0.0005 mg/L in rural areas of Xinjiang.Conclusions There is coexistence of low and high arsenic concentration in drinking water in rural areas of Xinjiang.The water arsenic content is low in most areas,with flake distribution,and the water arsenic is over standard only in a few areas.All water samples over standard are from underground water,and all the high-arsenic water samples are collected from deep well water,with point distribution.The field hygiene survey and the surveillance of endemic arsenic poisoning should be strengthened to promote the water improvement construction for the safety of drinking water.
