摘要
目的探讨全面护理干预在高血压脑出血手术治疗患者中的应用。方法随机抽取78例高血压脑出血手术治疗患者,时间范围在2018年4月—2019年4月,按照随机数字表法,分为观察组、对照组,每组39例。观察组实施全面护理干预,对照组实施常规护理,对比护理效果。结果干预前,2组Fugl-Meyer评测法评分比较无意义(P>0.05);护理后均显著上升,且组间对比差异显著(P<0.05);观察组住院时间、手术时间均短于对照组,且引流量较低(P<0.05);观察组生活质量各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);干预前2组心理状况比较无意义(P>0.05);干预后观察组心理状况各项评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论全面护理干预在高血压脑出血手术治疗患者中的应用效果显著,可改善运动功能,促进患者康复,值得推广。
Objective To explore the application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 78 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage were randomly selected from April 2018 to April 2019.According to the random number table method,they were divided into observation group and control group,with 39 cases in each group.Comprehensive nursing intervention was carried out in the observation group and routine nursing was carried out in the control group.The nursing effect was compared.Result There was no significant difference on Fugl-Meyer evaluation scores between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05).There was a significant increase after nursing,and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The length of stay and operation in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the flow rate in the observation group was lower(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The psychological condition of the two groups before intervention was not significant(P>0.05).The psychological status ratio of the observation group before the intervention was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage has a significant effect,can improve the motor function,promote the rehabilitation of patients,and it is worth promoting.
