摘要
目的研究中药熏洗配合痔疮套扎术治疗中重度痔疮的临床疗效。方法从收治的中重度痔疮患者中选择82例作为研究对象,按入院时间分为2组,将2018年2月—2018年7月收治的41例患者归为对比组,予以痔疮套扎术治疗;将2018年8月—2019年2月收治的41例患者归为研究组,在对比组的治疗基础上加入中药熏洗治疗。比较2组患者疼痛消失时间、水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间、并发症发生率、临床疗效。结果治疗后,研究组疼痛消失时间、水肿消失时间、创面愈合时间均短于对比组(P<0.05);研究组的并发症发生率为2.44%,明显低于对比组的19.51%(P<0.05);研究组的治疗总有效率为95.12%,明显高于对比组的80.49%(P<0.05)。结论中药熏洗配合痔疮套扎术治疗中重度痔疮患者,能有效缩短其水肿消失、疼痛消失、创面愈合的时间,并降低尿潴留、感染等并发症的发生,效果更显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with hemorrhoids ligation in the treatment of moderate and severe hemorrhoids.Methods 82 patients with moderate and severe hemorrhoids were divided into two groups according to the time of admission.41 patients from February 2018 to July 2018 were treated with hemorrhoids bandaging as the control group,and 41 patients from August 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study group and were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The time of pain disappearance,edema disappearance time,wound healing time,incidence of complications and clinical manifestations,clinical effect were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the time of pain disappearance,edema disappearance and wound healing in the study group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of complications in the study group was 2.44%,which was significantly lower than that in the control group(19.51%)(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the study group was 95.12%,which was significantly higher than that in the control group(80.49%).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing combined with hemorrhoids entrapment can effectively shorten the time of edema disappearance,pain disappearance,wound healing,and reduce the occurrence of complications such as urinary retention and infection in patients with moderate and severe hemorrhoids.
