摘要
通过影视剧、流行音乐(K-pop)等流行文化产品提升国家在国际社会的吸引力,是韩国文化政策的重要特色。随着"韩流"通过数字技术媒介化得到进一步普及,韩国政府如何应对新媒体时代的机遇和挑战,成为韩国文化外交和文化政策研究的新动向。基于中国的数字文化产业正在蓬勃发展,以及中国自建新媒体平台正在迅速全球化这两个事实,笔者通过考察新媒体时代韩国文化政策的新动向,意在提供中国对外文化传播实践可参考的域外经验。
K-drama and K-pop play an essential role in the practice of South Korean cultural diplomacy.With the further spread of"Korean wave"through digital technology media,how to deal with the opportunities and challenges of the new media era has become a new focus of Korean cultural diplomacy and related researches.Based on the fact that China’s digital culture industry is developing rapidly and China’s selfbuilt new media platform is becoming globalized,the article aims to provide some foreign experience that China can refer to by examining the new trend of Korean cultural diplomacy in the new media era.
