摘要
随着会计领域人工智能发展,劳动力市场竞争加剧,就业结构性矛盾突出,导致高校财会学生就业形势严峻。基于西南林业大学2018届财会类学生就业情况分析后认为,高校财会类毕业生的就业预期与市场不匹配,在就业难度、单位性质、就业地区等方面差异较大。为改善财会类毕业生实际就业情况,提出相应改进措施,以期为会计行业健康发展、高校人才培养和毕业生就业提供参考。
With the development of artificial intelligence in the field of accounting,the competition in job market is intensified,and the employment structure contradiction is prominent,which leads to the severe employment situation for students majoring in finance and accounting.Based on the analysis of the employment situation of finance and accounting major students in Southwest Forestry University in 2018,the results indicate that the employment expectancy of financial accounting graduates does not match the job market demand,especially in the employment opportunity,type of employment institution,employment location,and so on.In order to improve the actual employment situation of finance and accounting major graduates,the corresponding improvement measures are proposed,which could provide reference for the healthy development of accounting profession,the talent cultivation and graduate employment in universities.
