摘要
目的探究戒烟干预联合常规西药三联法治疗胃溃疡幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的临床效果。方法98例胃溃疡Hp感染患者,根据患者是否有戒烟意愿分为试验组(40例)和对照组(58例)。对照组患者单纯应用三联法治疗,试验组在三联法基础上予以戒烟干预。比较两组临床疗效、Hp根除率以及疾病复发率。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的81.03%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组Hp根除率为67.50%(27/40),高于对照组的46.55%(27/58),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.199,P=0.040<0.05)。随访6个月,试验组复发率5.00%(2/40)低于对照组的20.69%(12/58),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.759,P=0.029<0.05)。结论戒烟干预联合常规西药三联法治疗胃溃疡Hp感染效果确切,能够有效提升Hp根除率,减少复发,改善预后。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Helicobacter pylori infection in gastric ulcer by smoking cessation intervention combined with conventional Western medicine triplet therapy.Methods A total of 98 Hp infection patients with gastric ulcer were divided into experimental group(40 cases)and control group(58 cases)according to their desire to quit smoking.The control group was treated by triplet therapy,and the experimental group was treated by smoking cessation intervention on the basis of triplet therapy.The clinical efficacy,Hp eradication rate and disease recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the experimental group was 95.00%,which was higher than that of the control group 81.03%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Hp eradication rate of the experimental group was 67.50%(27/40),which was higher than that of the control group 46.55%(27/58),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.199,P=0.040<0.05).After 6 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate 5.00%(2/40)of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group 20.69%(12/58),and the difference was statistically sigificant(χ^2=4.759,P=0.029<0.05).Conclusion Smoking cessation intervention combined with conventional Western medicine triplet therapy shows affirmative effect on Helicobacter pylori infection in gastric ulcer,which can effectively improve Hp eradication rate,reduce recurrence and improve prognosis.
