摘要
临床药师参与1例抗合成酶抗体综合征累及多器官合并肺部及软组织感染患者的治疗及药学监护过程,结合患者肝功能损伤,长期处于免疫抑制状态等具体情况与临床医师一起参与用药方案的讨论和制订,同时对患者进行用药宣教,保证了临床用药的合理性和患者用药的安全性。
Clinical pharmacist participated in the treatment of and provided pharmaceutical care for a patient with antisynthetase syndrome involving multiple organs complicated with pulmonary and soft tissue infection.Considering the patient’s liver function injury,long-term immunosuppression and other specific conditions,pharmacists helped formulate the medication plan with the clinician,and educated the patient on drug use,ensure the rationality of drug use and patient safety.
