替加环素在儿童多重耐药菌感染中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 随着细菌耐药性的迅速发展,多重耐药菌已成为儿童重症感染的重要病原菌,具有复杂性、难治性等特点。替加环素作为第一个甘氨酰环素类抗菌药物,具有广谱抗菌活性和低耐药率的特点,为临床多重耐药菌感染提供一种新的治疗选择,但因在儿童中的安全性和有效性尚未确定,限制了其在儿童感染中的应用。本文综述了替加环素在儿童中的药动学/药效学特点、超说明书用于儿童多重耐药菌感染中的剂量选择及安全性,为临床应用提供参考。 With the rapid development of bacterial resistance,multi-drug-resistant organism(MDRO)have become the important pathogen of pediatrics with severe infections with complex and refractory characteristics.Tigecycline is a new antimicrobial called glycylcycline,which has showed antibacterial activity with a broad spectrum of bacteria and low resistance.Although it provides a new treatment option for clinical multi-drug-resistant organism infections,its use in children has been extremely limited because of the adverse effects and lacking of extensive clinical research.When no other alternative antibacterial agents are chosen due to MDRO infections,tigecycline would be considered as a salvage therapy to control the severe sepsis in children.This article offers an overview on the off-label uses of tigecycline,its pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics,dosage and safety,and provides evidence for the choice of antibiotics in pediatric patients with MDRO infections.
