摘要
玉米蚜虫是生产上常见的一种玉米虫害,严重威胁着玉米的生产。目前生产上普遍应用的化学防治方法容易出现环境污染,难以根除,容易引起人、畜中毒等问题,因此培育和推广抗蚜虫玉米品种是最有效、绿色的蚜虫防治手段,而抗虫玉米品种的选育依赖于抗虫基因的挖掘和抗性分子机理的研究。本研究针对玉米蚜虫为害特点、抗性鉴定方法、抗性基因的定位以及抗性遗传分子机理等方面的有关国内外的研究进展进行了总结和综述,以期为玉米抗蚜虫的深入研究和抗性育种提供理论基础。
Maize Aphid(Rhopalosiphum maidis)is a common maize pest in corn production,which is a serious threat to the production of maize.The most common used in the production of chemical prevention and cure prone causes many problems such as environmental pollution,difficult to eradicate and easy to cause human,animal poisoning and other problems,so breeding and deployment resistant varieties is one of the most effective and environment-friendly method for aphid control,but breeding resistant varieties depends on the discovery of resistant genes and the understanding of resistance mechanism.In this paper,the research progress on the damage characteristics of aphid,resistance resource screening,resistant gene mapping and the genetic basis of resistance were reviewed,which provides an effective and rich foundation for resistance breeding and further research on resistance mechanism of aphids in maize.
