摘要
共享经济作为新时代下经济发展新趋势,充分利用资源、人人拥有使用权,打造人人和睦、经济共享大格局,人与人之间的基本关系得到改变,真正具有了马克思预言的"自由人联合体"特点。本文从共享经济的基本理念和基本组成基础出发,指出了在法律法规补充、信用体系完善、同质化现象三个方面的问题,同时努力探索出符合中国特色的共享经济的路径。
As a new trend of economic development in the new era, the sharing economy makes full use of resources;everyone has the right to use them, and creates a harmonious and economic sharing pattern. The basic relationship between people has been changed, which truly has the characteristics of "free people’s union" predicted by Marx. This paper points out the problems in three aspects: the supplement of laws and regulations, the improvement of credit system, and the homogenization phenomenon based on the basic concept and composition of sharing economy, and tries to explore the path of sharing economy with Chinese characteristics.
