摘要
动态信号是一种瞬态突变信号,它能够真实反映出被测对象所表示的物理特性。为了快速准确捕获到这些动态信号,基于虚拟仪器技术,设计并实现了动态信号数据采集与分析系统。该系统通过动态链接库(DLL)和面向对象语言(OOL)实现了硬件抽象层(HAL),将系统中多个PXI采集卡集成在应用程序中。应用软件能够对动态信号数据进行采集、存储、回读和时频域分析处理。系统已经用于爆破、声学和振动冲击等动态信号测试环境,取得了良好的效果。
Dynamic signal is a transient mutation signal,which can truly reflect the physical characteristics of the tested object.In order to capture these dynamic signals quickly and accurately,a dynamic signal data acquisition and analysis system is designed and implemented based on virtual instrument technology.The hardware abstraction layer(HAL) is achieved of the system through dynamic link library(DLL) and object oriented language(OOL),and integrates multiple acquisition equipments in the system are intergrated into the application program.The application software can sample,save and recall the dynamic signal data,and conduct time frequency domain analysis.The system has been used in dynamic signal testing environment such as blasting,acoustics and vibration shock,etc.,and has achieved good results.
