摘要
辅导员职务的设置是为了在学习之余能够更好的关注学生的身心发展,帮助去解决在生活中面临的问题,使学生能够更加专心于学业.但过去辅导员职务的设置和其晋升轨迹的模糊性使得辅导员这一工作职务面临更多的是不解和疑惑,在与学生的接触过程中,由于辅导员工作内容与学生的专业学科知识之间交集较少,更多是集中在对学生的生活进行管理和帮助,但是在相关的规范和学校规定中,又将辅导员的具体工作内容大大的拓展,而这种拓展在实际的实施过程中并没有得到体现,这样的区别使得部分辅导员岗位的人员,对于自身的工作性质和工作岗位判断出现了问题,无法将自己的工作内容提前明确,也就无法在后续的实施过程中,更好的去应对具体工作内容.
The setting of counselor's position is to pay more attention to the students'physical and mental development,help to solve the problems in life,and enable students to pay more attention to their studies.But in the past,the ambiguity of counselor's position setting and promotion track made counselor face more puzzlement and confusion.In the process of contact with students,because there is less intersection between counselor's work content and students'professional knowledge,it is more in the collection to manage and help students'lives,but in the relevant norms and school regulations,Moreover,the specific work content of the counselor has been greatly expanded,which has not been reflected in the actual implementation process.This difference makes some counselor post personnel have problems with their own work nature and job judgment,unable to make their work content clear in advance,and unable to better cope with the following implementation process of work content.
