摘要
随着信息通信技术的发展,人类社会已经进入5G时代。5G具有的高速度、泛在网、低功耗、低时延、万物互联等特点,将推动社会深刻变革,把人类社会推向移动互联、智能感应、大数据、智能学习整合起来的智能互联网时代,实现人与人、人与物、物与物的互联互通。5G在给经济社会发展带来极大便利的同时,也给社会治安带来严峻挑战,尤其带来违法犯罪规律从线下到线上、从显性到隐性、从接触到非接触、从传统到新生态等转变,务必引起各级公安机关高度重视,主动顺应形势发展变化,加快5G与社会治安的关联研究,破解发展瓶颈,寻求契合良机,才能变挑战为机遇,化冲击为契机,加快推进国家治理体系和治理能力的现代化建设,实现社会的长治久安。加强5G时代的治安形势研究,提升社会治安防控水平,树立"5G+无域治理"的全时空思维理念,构建"5G+治安要素"的全联通采信体系,搭建"5G+图情指行"的全链条打防机制,夯实"5G+枫桥经验"的全社会治理模式,培育"5G+人工智能"的全领跑警务业态。
