摘要
人口老龄化对社会养老保险制度提出新要求。在文献综述的基础上,对我国社会养老保险问题进行总结,对现有改革措施及其局限性进行梳理,运用比较分析法,结合国外经验,探讨我国养老金信托模式的具体原则和规则,最后结合养老金信托对养老事业的总体发展进行总结并提出建议。
The aging population puts forward new requirements for the social pension insurance system. On the basis of literature review, this paper summarizes the problems of social pension insurance in China, and analyzes the existing reform measures and their limitations. Using comparative analysis method and combined with foreign experience, the specific principles and regulations of China’s pension trust model are discussed. Finally, in conjunction with the pension trust, it summarizes and proposes the overall development of the pension undertakings.
