摘要
脑心综合征是指各种颅内疾病引起的继发性心脏疾病,具有致残率高和致死率高的特点。现代医学认为发病机制可能与自主神经功能障碍、炎症损伤及电解质紊乱有关;中医学认为脑和心在病理、生理上关系密切,有共同的病因病机。治疗上现代医学多采用对症治疗;中医治疗多从整体观念出发,脑心同治,应用中药、针灸等手段可取得较好疗效。
Cerebral-cardiac syndrome refers to the secondary heart disease caused by various intracranial diseases,which has the characteristics of high disability rate and high mortality.In Western Medicine,the pathogenesis may be related to autonomic nerve dysfunction,inflammatory injury and electrolyte disorder;In Chinese Medicine,brain and heart are closely related in pathology and physiology,and share common etiology and pathogenesis.The treatment of Western Medicine is mostly symptomatic treatment.According to concept of wholism and therapy of brain and heart,the application of Chinese Medicine,acupuncture and other means in the treatment of CCB has achieved good results.
