摘要
目的探究剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道分娩的护理应用价值。方法择取2019年4月至2020年4月在本院接受治疗的60例剖宫产术后再次妊娠孕妇作为试验对象,依次编码并录入计算机中,随机抽选出30例归于对照组,并接受常规护理,其余30例归入观察组,并接受临床护理路径干预,记录两组孕妇阴道分娩和产后并发症的发生情况,调查两组孕妇对护理工作的满意程度,比较分析临床护理效果。结果观察组孕妇阴道分娩成功率为93.33%(28/30),明显较对照组70.00%(21/30)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组孕妇产后出血、新生儿窒息的并发症发生率10.00%(3/30)显著较对照组33.33%(10/30)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组产妇护理满意率96.67%显著较对照组76.67%更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于剖宫产术后再次妊娠阴道分娩孕妇,给予临床护理路径干预可大大提高孕妇阴道分娩成功率,降低产后并发症的发生风险,建议推广。
Objective To explore the nursing application value of vaginal delivery in secondary pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods 60 cases of repregnancy after cesarean section treated in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the experimental objects,coded and entered into the computer in sequence,30 cases were randomly selected to be assigned to the control group and received routine care,the remaining 30 cases were assigned to the observation group and received clinical nursing path intervention,the occurrence of vaginal delivery and postpartum complications of the two groups of pregnant women were recorded,the satisfaction degree of the two groups of pregnant women with nursing work was investigated,and the clinical nursing effects were compared and analyzed.Results The success rate of vaginal delivery in the observation group was 93.33%(28/30),significantly higher than70.00%(21/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications of postpartum hemorrhage and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was 10.00%(3/30)significantly lower than that in the control group33.33%(10/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%significantly higher than that of the control group(76.67%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For pregnant women with vaginal delivery after cesarean section,clinical nursing pathway intervention can greatly improve the success rate of vaginal delivery and reduce the risk of postpartum complications.It is recommended to promote.
