数值模拟在平谷区海绵城市专项规划中的应用 被引量:3

Application of numerical simulation of Sponge city planning in Pinggu District

摘要 平谷区属于北京市生态涵养区,为分析其海绵城市建设本底条件,本研究利用SWMM模型,采取小流域嵌套行政单元的方法,构建平谷区降水径流数值模型,计算得出全区及各排水分区年径流总量控制率。研究结果表明,平谷区年径流总量控制率为68.4%;从各排水分区来看,径流总量控制率最大为刁窝小流域的73.4%,最小的为夏各庄镇中心的46.7%。结合生态敏感性分析结果,将平谷区划分为5个海绵功能分区,可为生态涵养养型地区海绵城市规划建设提供方法借鉴。 Pinggu District belongs to the ecological conservation area of Beijing. In order toanalyze the background conditions of its Sponge city construction, the SWMM model and themethod of nested administrative units in small watersheds was adopted to construct a numericalmodel of precipitation and runoff in Pinggu District. Furthermore, the annual total runoff controlrate of the whole district and each drainage zone were calculated. These results show that theannual total runoff control rate of Pinggu District is 68.4 percent;from the perspective of eachdrainage zone, the maximum total runoff control rate is 73.4 percent of the Diaowo smallwatershed, and the minimum is 46.7 percent in the Xiagezhuang town center. Combined withthe results of ecological sensitivity analysis, Pinggu District was divided into 5 Sponge functional zones. This study can provide a method for the planning and construction of Spongecity in ecological conservation areas.
