Objective The effect of the focused resolution model on negative emotions,self-care ability and pain in patients with differentiated thyroid cancer treated with 131I.Methods A total of 85 patients with differentiated thyroid cancer who were treated with 131I in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019 were collectedand randomly divided into two groups:the control group(42 cases)received routine nursing intervention, and the observation group(43 cases)received focused resolution model on the basis of the control group.Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,self-care ability scale(ESCA)score and pain level before and after intervention between the two groups were compared. Results After intervention,HAMA,HAMD and VAS scores in the two groups significantly decreased(P<0.05),and ESCA score significantly increased(P<0.05).After intervention,HAMA,HAMD and VAS scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and ESCA score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group. Conclusion The focused solution model can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients with differentiated thyroid cancer during 131I treatment, improve their self-care ability, and reduce the pain level during treatment, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
