配种前后补饲对鄂尔多斯细毛羊生产性能及血清学的影响 被引量:2

Effects of supplementary feeding before and after mating on the production performance and serology of Ordos fine wool sheep

摘要 鄂尔多斯细毛羊为毛肉兼用型哺乳类动物,在当前羊肉和细羊毛短缺的现状下,本试验拟通过配种前后补饲提高营养水平来研究其对细毛羊生产性能和血清学的影响,解决细毛羊产羔率低的现状,同时提高细毛羊产肉产毛性能、降低成本、缓减市场对细毛羊羊肉羊毛短缺的难题。结果显示:在配种前40 d至配种后15 d每日补充0.5 kg/只的精补料,通过改善能繁母羊营养状况,调节激素水平,从而促进排卵及保证受精卵的着床率,使得鄂尔多斯细毛羊的产羔率由126.92%提高到162.50%,提高了35.58个百分点,效果显著。同时,在配种前提高了雌二醇、促黄体生成素和孕酮激素的水平,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。通过配种前后加强营养,所产单胎羔羊初生重提高0.47 kg,能繁母羊产毛量提高0.26 kg,毛长提高0.25 cm。研究表明,配种前后通过补饲可提高鄂尔多细毛羊的产羔率及毛肉等生产性能。 Ordos fine wool sheep are both wool and meat mammals. In current situation of shortage of mutton and fine wool, the experiment with fine wool sheep by supplementary feeding before and after mating was performed to investigate the effect of the feeding on the production performance and serology of the animals, solve the problem of their low lambing rate, improve their meat production performance, reduce farming costs, and ease the market shortage of fine wool sheep. The results showed that supplemented feeding of 0.5 kg/d from 40 days before hybridization to 15 days after it improved the nutritional status and regulated hormone levels of the ewes, thereby promoting ovulation and ensuring the implantation rate of oosperms. The lambing rate increased by 35.58%, from 126.92% to 162.50% of the ordos fine wool sheep. The levels of estradiol, luteinizing hormone, and progesterone were increased prior to mating, but the differences were not significant(P>0.05). The single lamb weight increased by 0.47 kg, the wool production increased by 0.26 kg and the wool length increased by 0.25 cm. These results indicated that the lambing rate and wool performance could be improved by supplementary feeding before and after mating of Ordos fine wool sheep.
