摘要
法律是公民合法权益的保护伞,是公民进行舆论监督的利器。互联网为社会大众提供了表达自身观点或意见的技术支持,而法律则为网络时代的舆论监督提供了质量的把关保障。在网络时代,用法律规范网络舆论不是对公民权利加以限制,而是致力于营造一个健康安全的网络环境,引导社会公众更加规范、合法地使用作为社会主义国家公民的合法权益,享受最大程度上的自由表达。
The citizens’ legitimate rights and interests are under the umbrella of the law,which is also a powerful weapon for them to exercise oversight by public opinion.The Internet provides technical support with which the people can express their own views or opinions,while the law provides quality assurance for the public opinion-based oversight in the network era.In the age of Internet,regulating the Internet public opinion by law is not intended to restrict the rights of citizens,but to create a healthy and safe Internet environment,guide the people to exercise their legitimate rights and interests as citizens of a socialist country in a more standardized and legal way,and enjoy free expression to the greatest possible extent.
