摘要
目的探究负压吸引技术在治疗深度和浅度慢性创面之间的疗效差异。方法回顾性分析自2003年1月至2018年12月经负压吸引技术治疗的122例深浅慢性创面患者的临床资料,对比浅度创面负压吸引组与深达骨面的创面负压吸引组在创面愈合时间、并发症情况及其愈后等方面的差异。结果浅度负压吸引组与深度创面负压吸引组在创面愈合时间方面比较,其差异无统计学意义(P=0.840)。深度慢性创面采用负压吸引治疗后并发症较少,且愈合率较高。结论负压吸引技术在深、浅度慢性创面治疗方面具有相似的作用效果。在一定程度上,负压吸引技术用于深度慢性创面治疗在并发症及愈合率方面具有更好的优势。
Objective To explore the difference of curative effect of negative pressure suction technique in the treatment of deep and superficial chronic wounds.Methods The clinical data of 122 patients with deep or superficial chronic wounds underwent negative pressure suction from January 2003 to December 2018 were retrospectively analyzed.The difference of healing time,complications and prognosis between the negative pressure suction of superficial wounds group and the negative pressure suction of deep bone surface group were compared.Results There was no significant difference in wound healing time between negative pressure suction of superficial wounds group and negative pressure suction of deep wounds group(P=0.840).The complications of deep chronic wounds after negative pressure suction treatment was less and the healing rate was high.Conclusion The negative pressure suction technique has similar effect in the treatment of deep and superficial chronic wounds.To some extent,the negative pressure suction technique has advantages in complications and healing rate of deep chronic wound streatment.
