摘要
目的观察养心定悸颗粒治疗气阴两虚型快速性心律失常的临床疗效。方法将60例快心律失常患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组30例口服养心定悸颗粒,对照组口服琥珀酸美托洛尔。服药4周后,将治疗组与对照组进行分析比较,观察疗效。结果治疗组中医证候评分、心电图改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率为86.67%,优于对照组的73.33%(P<0.05);两组24 h动态心电图显示:治疗后早搏数量与治疗前自身比较均有显著减少(P<0.05),组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后平均心率与治疗前自身比较均有显著减少(P<0.05),组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗后左室射血分数(LVEF)与治疗前自身比较均有显著减少(P<0.05),组间比较无显著差异(P>0.05);两组在临床治疗过程中均无不良反应。结论养心定悸颗粒治疗气阴两虚型快速心律失常安全有效。
Objective To observe the clinical effectiveness of Yangxin Dinji Granules in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia with Qi-Yin deficiency.Methods Sixty patients of tachyarrhythmia were divided into the treatment group and the control group by the way of random.Thirty patients in the treatment group were treated with Yangxin Dinji Granules and those in the control group were treated with metoprolol succinate.After 4 weeks,the treatment group and the control group were analyzed and compared,and the curative effect was observed.Results The scores of TCM syndromes andimprovement of ECG in treatment group were better than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the treatment group was 86.67%,which was better than 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).The 24-hour dynamic ECG of two groups showed that the number of premature beats after treatment were significantly reduced compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The average heart rate of the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).After treatment,left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the two groups was significantly reduced compared with that before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).There were no adverse reactions in the course of clinical treatment in both groups.Conclusion Yangxin Dinji Granules in the treatment of tachyarrhythmia with Qi-Yin deficiency was safe and effective.
